Indianapolis dental websites that fill the chair.

We build dental practice websites that help new patients find you on Google, check your insurance and request an appointment without waiting on hold.

02

New patients decide in a few clicks.

  • Someone looking for a new dentist checks three things: do you take my insurance, are you close and can I get in soon. If your site makes them call to find out, many tap the next practice on the map instead.
  • Insurance info missing
  • Booking means calling
  • Paper forms at check-in

What goes into a dental practice website

Online appointment requests

A short request form, or a link to the scheduling tool you already use, on every page.

Insurance spelled out

A clear list of the plans you accept, plus what self-pay patients can expect, so nobody has to guess.

Patient forms online

New patient forms people can fill in before the visit, planned around patient privacy from the start.

Meet the dentists and team

Real photos and short bios, so patients know who they’ll see before they sit down.

Accessible on every device

Readable text, strong contrast and labeled forms, built with WCAG accessibility guidelines in mind.

Found in local searches

Pages for cleanings, implants or clear aligners plus local details that help on Google Maps and in AI answers.

What patients look for before they call a dentist

Choosing a dentist is personal, and most people do their homework first. They search “dentist near me,” glance at the map, then open two or three websites. They want quick reassurance: you take their insurance, you’re accepting new patients, you’re easy to reach and the team seems kind. Indy Blitz has built websites for professional practices, including dental offices, so we put those answers near the top of the page. A visible phone number and an appointment request button finish the job.

Patient forms deserve extra care. Health details are sensitive, so we plan forms around patient privacy from the start. That usually means asking for very little on a public contact form, keeping health history out of plain email and connecting to the HIPAA-aware form or practice management tool your office already trusts. We’ll talk through the options with you, but we don’t certify HIPAA compliance. Your practice and its compliance advisor have the final say on how patient information is collected and stored.

Accessibility matters too. Your patients include older adults and people with low vision, so we build with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) in mind: readable fonts, strong color contrast, labeled form fields and pages that work with a keyboard. Clear pages for cleanings, crowns, implants and emergency visits help Google, Google Maps and AI tools match your practice to what people search. Most dental sites take 4 to 8 weeks, and you fully own the finished site, domain and accounts.

Dental website questions

What should a dental practice website include?

Your insurance plans, an appointment request option, a page for each main treatment, team photos and bios, office hours, location and parking, and new patient forms. Keep the phone number at the top of every page so mobile visitors can tap to call.

Are online patient forms HIPAA compliant?

That depends on the tool that collects and stores the data and how your office uses it. We build with patient privacy in mind and can connect HIPAA-aware form or scheduling tools, but we don’t guarantee compliance. Your practice should confirm the setup with its compliance advisor.

Can patients book appointments online?

Yes. We can add a simple appointment request form, or link to the online scheduling tool you already use so patients can pick a time directly where that tool allows it.

Have you built websites for dental practices before?

Yes. Indy Blitz has built websites for professional practices, including dental offices. Most dental sites take 4 to 8 weeks, and after a free review you get a clear written quote.
