Contractor ads that find real projects.

We run Google Ads, Meta and Local Services Ads for Indianapolis area contractors and remodelers, aimed at homeowners planning paid work. Month to month, with you owning the accounts.

Remodeling searches attract a lot of do-it-yourselfers.

  • People typing “how to finish a basement” or “construction jobs near me” use the same words as homeowners ready to hire. Without the right negatives and a form that asks good questions, your budget pays for both, and the serious leads get buried.
  • Clicks from DIY and job seekers
  • Leads with no budget or timeline

What contractor PPC covers

Negatives for DIY and jobs

How-to, tutorial, material price, hiring and salary searches kept out, so the ads don’t pay for people who will never hire you.

Qualifying lead forms

Forms that ask for project type, ZIP code and timeline, so you can see which requests are worth a site visit before you drive out.

Meta ads with real photos

Before and after photos of your own projects on Facebook and Instagram, shown to homeowners in the towns you serve.

Local Services Ads where eligible

Some remodeling and handyman categories can run Local Services Ads after Google’s screening. We check whether your work fits before planning around it.

Calls and booked jobs tracked

Call and lead tracking on every campaign, so you can see which ads bring estimate requests and tell us which ones became jobs.

Google Ads and Meta for contractors

Indy Blitz runs paid ads for general contractors and remodelers around Indianapolis. We set up and manage Google Search, Meta and, where they fit, Local Services Ads and Microsoft Ads, with landing pages and call and lead tracking. It is month to month, you own the ad accounts and pay the platforms directly, and pricing is a written quote after a free review.

Remodeling is a high-value, slow decision. A homeowner might click an ad in February and sign in April, so the campaign has to be patient and precise. Keywords are grouped by project, such as kitchens, basements, additions and decks, each with its own ad and landing page. Negative keywords keep out DIY tutorials, material prices and contractor job listings. Our guide to negative keywords explains how that filtering works.

Facebook and Instagram work differently. Nobody is searching there, but a homeowner scrolling past a finished basement in their own suburb may stop and ask for a quote. Real project photos beat stock images every time, so Meta campaigns depend on pictures of your work. Budgets can lean into the spring and summer building season and ease off in the coldest weeks, within limits you set. We track calls and form leads, and you tell us which turned into booked jobs.

We have built websites for contractors such as BRR Contractors and Unlimited Drilling & Foundations, which you can read about on our contractor website design page. We don’t have a contractor PPC example to publish yet, and we won’t invent results or promise a cost per lead. For the organic side, see contractor SEO. The next step is a free PPC review, and we reply within 24 hours.

Contractor PPC questions

Do Google Ads work for contractors?

They can, when the campaign is built around specific projects, filters out DIY and job searches, and sends people to a page that matches. We judge it by estimate requests and booked jobs, not clicks, and never promise a cost per lead.

Which keywords bring remodeling jobs, not DIY searches?

Searches that name a project and a hire, like kitchen remodeling contractor or basement finishing company, plus the town. Words like how to, DIY, cost of materials and jobs go on the negative list.

Should a contractor run Facebook ads?

Often, for remodeling. Meta is good at showing finished projects to homeowners nearby, which can start a conversation before they ever search. It works best with your own photos and a form that asks about the project.

Do you have contractor PPC results to share?

Not yet. We have built websites for contractors, but we have no contractor ad results to publish, and we won’t make any up.
