Law firm ads that stay within the rules.

Google Ads, Local Services Ads and more for small Indianapolis law firms. Your attorney approves every ad. Month to month, written quote after a free review.

02

Pricey clicks, slow intake and strict rules.

  • Legal clicks often cost more than in most local trades, and a missed call can mean the person hires the next firm on the list. On top of that, every ad has to meet lawyer advertising rules. Campaigns need tight practice areas, quick intake and copy your firm has approved.
  • Calls missed after hours
  • Ad copy nobody reviewed
  • Inquiries outside your practice

What law firm PPC covers

Practice area campaigns

Separate campaigns for areas such as family law, personal injury, criminal defense or estate planning, each with its own budget, keywords and landing page.

Google Screened and LSA

Where your practice area is offered, help with the Local Services Ads profile and the Google Screened checks, which include license and background checks.

Attorney-approved copy

We draft ads and landing pages without outcome promises or misleading claims. An attorney at your firm approves everything before it runs.

Call tracking and intake

Calls and forms tracked by campaign, so you can see which practice areas bring inquiries and how quickly your team responds.

Microsoft and Meta, carefully

Microsoft Ads to reach Bing searchers, and Meta ads for areas like estate planning where awareness matters, following each platform’s policies.

How we approach PPC for small law firms

Indy Blitz manages pay-per-click advertising for small law firms in the Indianapolis area: Google Search ads, Local Services Ads with Google Screened, Microsoft Ads and Meta ads, plus landing pages and call tracking. The ad accounts are owned by your firm, you pay the platforms directly for ad spend, and agreements are month to month. You get a written quote after a free PPC review.

Lawyer advertising in Indiana falls under the Indiana Rules of Professional Conduct, mainly Rules 7.1 to 7.3, adopted by the Indiana Supreme Court. In short, communications about a lawyer’s services must not be false or misleading, and ads should not promise or imply outcomes. Depending on the ad, the rules may also call for certain disclaimers or records. We aren’t lawyers and don’t give ethics advice. Your firm does its own review, and an attorney approves every ad, asset and landing page before it goes live.

For many practice areas, Google shows Local Services Ads with a Google Screened badge above regular search ads. Firms and their attorneys go through Google’s checks, including license verification and background checks, and you pay per lead rather than per click. Availability depends on the practice area and location. Our guide to Local Services Ads explains the basics, and lead disputes covers what to do about calls that don’t fit.

Intake speed matters as much as the ad. Someone who was just arrested or served with papers often calls several firms in a row. We track calls and forms by campaign and review budgets each month against the inquiries each practice area brings. We don’t have a law firm PPC client example to share yet, we won’t invent one, and we never promise case counts or a cost per lead. How it works

Quote and approved copy

A clear written quote first. Ad copy and pages go live only after your attorney approves them.

Track and adjust

Campaigns run in your firm’s accounts, with monthly reports on spend, leads and cost per lead.

Law firm PPC questions

Do Google Ads work for small law firms?

They can, if campaigns focus on the practice areas and locations you actually serve and someone answers inquiries quickly. Legal clicks are often expensive, so loose targeting wastes money fast. We don’t promise case counts or a cost per lead.

What are the lawyer advertising rules for ads?

In Indiana, Rules 7.1 to 7.3 of the Rules of Professional Conduct cover lawyer advertising and solicitation. Ads must not be false or misleading and should not promise results. Your firm reads and applies the rules. We write within them and get attorney approval before anything runs.

What is Google Screened for lawyers?

It’s a badge Google shows on Local Services Ads for professional services such as law firms, after license and background checks. Screened ads can appear above regular search ads for eligible practice areas, and you pay per lead rather than per click.

Who owns the ad accounts?

Your firm does. The accounts are in the firm’s name, you pay the platforms directly, and the account history and every ad version stay with you if you ever change agencies. Our management is month to month.
